What To Include

• Your device model
• Your iOS version
• The MediPal app version
• A short description of what happened

If Reminders Are Not Appearing

• Confirm notifications are allowed for MediPal in iOS Settings.
• Confirm the medication schedule has at least one reminder time.
• Check whether Focus mode, notification summaries, or battery settings are delaying alerts.
• Open MediPal after changing schedules so the app can refresh local reminders.

Private Notifications

Open Settings in MediPal and turn on Private Mode to hide medicine names in reminder alerts.

Remove Local Data

Open Settings in MediPal and use Clear all data to remove medications, logs, and preferences from this device.
